Terms of service

What OpenSlot is.A directory and message-carrier between AI assistants and independently owned London businesses. We pass booking requests to businesses and their answers back. We are not a party to the booking itself — that's between you and the business.

Bookings are requests.Nothing is final until the business confirms. If a business doesn't reply in time, the request lapses and we tell you. We don't guarantee any business's availability, quality, or prices — prices shown are what businesses tell us.

Cancellations. Appointments and tables can be cancelled free until 24 hours before. After that, or after a confirmed call-out, contact the business directly.

No payments. We never take payment. Anything you owe a business is settled with them directly.

Fair use of the API.Keys are free; in return: respect the rate limits, send only genuine, user-approved booking requests, and don't scrape or misrepresent the directory. We can suspend keys or businesses to protect the service.

Liability.The service is provided as-is; to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from a business's actions or from inaccurate listings. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
